BIBLO BALER

BIBLO is the innovative solution for the treatment of E.L.V., used to reduce the costs of transport, storage, handling and to facilitate the recovery of scrap metal. The ONEPIECE BIBLO baler is a compact machine with a monolithic structure. The “L” shaped compression box has dimensions of 5 or 6 m, 2 cylinders per cover wing, (it can be supplied with two longitudinal cylinders opposite each other), on request it can be equipped with a bale exit door and operator cabin. In the rear part of the structure there is a platform integral with the compression box where are housed the longitudinal cylinder, the tank, the electrical and hydraulic components. Sideways to the platform are positioned the electric motor or diesel engine necessary for its autonomous functioning. The internal walls of the box are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel. The machine works simply resting on the ground, without the need of foundations. BIBLO balers are fast and suitable for processing the most different types of material.
