BIBLO BALERMOBILE

BIBLO is the innovative solution for the treatment of E.L.V., used to reduce the costs of transport, storage, handling and to facilitate the recovery of scrap metal. The TRANSPORTABLE BMOBILE baler consists of a single monolithic body, it is equipped with 4 lifting cylinders to allow the loading on the means of transport, the maximum lifting height is 1100 mm. The “L” shaped compression box has dimensions of 5 or 6 m, 2 cylinders per cover, (it can be supplied with two longitudinal cylinders opposite each other), on request it can be equipped with a bale exit door, operator cabin and loading crane. The longitudinal cylinder is retractable in order to reduce dimensions and facilitate transport. In the rear part of the machine there is a platform integral with the compression box, where are housed the longitudinal cylinder, the petrol tank, the electrical and hydraulic components. The diesel engine necessary for its autonomous operation is positioned on the side of the platform. The internal walls of the box are made of high-strength wear-resistant steel. BMOBILE balers are fast and suitable to process the most different types of scrap. The BMOBILE baler works simply seating on the ground and the 4 cylinders (jacks) serve to ensure stability. The transportable BMOBILE balers are suitable for users who need to move them frequently or rent them to third parties.
