JUNIOR "JL" SHEAR BALER

The JL transportable shear baler (loading-unloading), consisting of a single monolithic body, is equipped with 4 lifting Jacks to allow loading onto the means of transport, the maximum lifting height is 1100mm. At the rear of the machine, on the side opposite the shear, there is a platform which supports the compression cylinder, the petrol tank, the electrical and hydraulic system and the diesel engine necessary for its autonomous operation. The longitudinal cylinder is retractable in order to reduce the longitudinal dimensions and facilitate transport. The shear baler works directly on the ground and is equipped with two additional cylinders, which are installed at the end of the platform to ensure the correct alignment and stability of the machine. The surfaces of the shear baler and the pre-compression box in direct contact with the scrap are made of thick, high-strength, wear-resistant steel. The shears in this group cannot only shear the scrap but also produce bales that are ejected automatically. The JL shear is a medium-sized, fast, robust and safe machine, suitable for processing most different types of materials. The transportable JL balers are suitable for users who need to move them around frequently or rent them to third parties.
