MAX SHEAR BALER

The shear baler MAX is unrivalled, it is the synthesis of efficiency, productivity and low running costs. MAX is a heavy, fast, safe machine, suitable for compacting and shearing large quantities of scrap metal at high density and constant length. MAX shear baler is composed of a single monolithic body and does not require foundations or special infrastructure, it is easy to install and reposition. MAX is a machine designed and built to withstand the complex and high stresses that occur during the compression and shearing phases of scrap. The shear balers must be evaluated for their productivity, which also depends on the pre-compression system, which conditions the time the operator takes to prepare the scrap before pressing the "start" button of the automatic shearing cycle. The new and original “L” shaped compression box, suitable for the various types of scrap, is indicated for particularly strong and bulky materials. The system is defined by an “L” shaped basement equipped with two rotating lids with extra-stroke (patented), of which the first one is hinged longitudinally to the vertical wall and the second one, with a circular arc terminal, is hinged longitudinally to the horizontal wall of the compression box. The new compression system allows to reduce the scrap preparation time and to optimize the transmission "curve" of the compression force. The box and the internal surfaces of the lids are made of high-strength, thick wear-resistant steel sheet.
